A company is looking for a Director of Business Technology. Key Responsibilities Build relationships with Business & IT stakeholders to address strategic initiatives Provide oversight of Programs / Projects, understanding key trends and outcomes Collaborate with HR and IT to align technology solutions with business strategy Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 12 years of experience in the Hi-tech industry or equivalent experience At least 5 years of experience in Management Consulting Prior experience with Oracle HCM Cloud platform Experience in Program or Project Management Domain knowledge in HR functions such as Benefits, Compensation, and Talent Acquisition
