Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is just one component of our competitive Total Rewards package, which includes wellness programs designed to support our team members' financial, physical, and mental well-being. WE LOVE OUR WORK.

Conducts data collection as directed to aid in analyzing complex financial actions. Extracts pertinent information from databases for use in analyzing future plans and forecasts.

Prepares studies, reports and analysis in areas such as budgets, forecasts, financial plans, government requirements, statistical reports, cash-flow projections and business forecasts.

Evaluates complex profit plans, operating records and financial statements as directed; assists in the preparation and analysis of financial statements.

Gathers, analyzes and summarizes data regarding financial plans, acquisition activity, new business planning, trended future requirements, government requirements and operating forecasts.

Analyzes the profitability and incremental contribution of proposed and actual marketing programs, promotions, events, campaigns and expenditures.

Prepares reports that forecast, monitor and evaluate business volume, staffing levels, full time equivalents, payroll cost and productivity. Evaluates and establishes labor productivity standards based on anticipate volumes and established service standards.

Performs operational reviews of departmental structures, processes, systems, staffing, productivity standards based on anticipated volumes and established services standards.

Produces monthly statistical reports for slots, table games and other areas.
