About the Role
The New Center Launch Coach helps new and multi-unit franchisees open and operate high-performing centers that meet The Learning Experience (TLE) standards. This hybrid operations and training position combines strategic onboarding with hands-on field coaching to ensure each new center launches smoothly, meets compliance and quality standards, and achieves early enrollment growth.
Key Responsibilities
Franchisee Onboarding & Training : Guide franchisees and center leaders through TLE systems (POS system, Learning Management Tool). Ensure all tools and accounts are set up, onboarding is completed, and training effectiveness is measured.Operational Readiness : Partner with franchisees to achieve compliance with state childcare licensing, staffing, and operational standards. Support enrollment and local marketing strategies that drive early success.Field Coaching & Launch Support : Serve as an on-site coach during pre-opening and early operations. Reinforce best practices in family experience, team development & culture, and operational execution.Business Analysis & Performance Support : Review P&L trends, enrollment data, and staffing metrics to identify risks and opportunities. Recommend actions that strengthen financial and operational performance.Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with Operations, Training, and Marketing teams to align resources and ensure seamless execution through all launch phases.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Experience in multi-unit operations, franchise management, or early childhood education preferred.Strong analytical, communication, and project-management skills.Ability to interpret financial data and translate insights into action.Comfort with frequent travel (up to 80%) and flexible scheduling.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and reporting tools.What You'll Bring
