Job description

Job Title : Compliance Manager

Job Type : Direct Hire

Location : Santa Fe Springs, CA

Benefits : PTO, 401K, Medical, Dental and more

Salary Range : 75,000-100,000 with potential negotiation based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors

Interview Process : 1 Onsite Interview

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and interpret IRA regulations and provisions.
  • Develop and update internal compliance policies and documentation.
  • Train staff on compliance procedures and requirements.
  • Maintain detailed records of audits, assessments, and compliance activities.
  • Prepare and submit compliance reports to relevant agencies.
  • Investigate and resolve compliance violations, implementing corrective actions.
  • Serve as the main contact for audits and inspections.
  • Lead process improvements and technology initiatives to enhance compliance effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of IRA provisions, including corporate tax and clean energy incentives.
  • Experience with federal programs, grants, or tax incentives.
  • Hands-on experience with LCP Tracker and payroll systems.
  • Familiarity with tools such as SAP GRC, Workiva, ADP, or sustainability reporting software.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (not required)
  • Prior experience in regulatory compliance, payroll, or related field
