We are seeking a Locum Tenens Physician Assistant Cardiothoracic Surgery in Ohio

Shift : days / month; Friday afternoon through the following week and weekend (Sunday evening or Monday AM).

Position Details :

Patient Population : Adult and Geriatric

Setting : Hospital Inpatient

Responsibilities : Rounding, coordination of care, ordering / interpreting tests, writing prescriptions.

Required Procedures : None (Assist in surgery not required; retrieval of vascular tissues not required).

EMR System : Epic

Support Staff : Works directly with cardiovascular surgeon and care team

Days Per Month :

On-Call / Weekends : Weekend coverage required

Submission Requirements :

Board Certified PA-C REQUIRED

Ohio State License Preferred (will consider candidates able to obtain quickly)

ACLS REQUIRED

COVID Vaccination REQUIRED

Cardiovascular Thoracic Surgery experience preferred; Critical Care experience accepted NO new grads
