Job descriptionProvide compassionate, hands-on personal care to our residents. Assist with nurse-delegated tasks, including recording vital signs and operating mechanical lifts. Enhance residents' quality of life through supportive communication and engagement in daily activities. CNA Training Program : 75 hours, with a blend of online and in-person learning. Certification : Earn your CNA certification upon completion. Must be 18 years or older. Strong communication skills. Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 35 lbs.
