Reynolds Restoration Services is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Project Coordinator to assist with disaster restoration and reconstruction projects. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, we want you on our team!

Location : Elkridge, MD

Responsibilities :

Serves as the central point of communications with project managers, estimating, field staff, client, and vendors. Handles all phone calls for services and communicates with clients and vendors
Prepares correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes
Assists in setting up projects, maintains all documents and files, and closes out projects

Qualifications :

Minimum of 3 years 'administrative experience coordinating multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Absolute attention to detail, exemplary organization skills, and the ability to prioritize assignments. Excellent verbal, written communications, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and have the ability to learn new software programs. Ability to work limited overtime when needed

Seeking local candidates who reside within 30 minutes of Elkridge, MD

Knowledge of Xactimate and / or project management software is helpful

Ability to work independently and provide superior customer service

Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment while adapting to changing deadlines and priorities

Knowledge of Restoration Services or Construction is a plus
