Description :

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable person to join our team in our Manufacturing facility in Bridgewater, MA.

In this role you will perform a variety of duties within our Refinery and to be trained in the other daily operations required while ensuring best-practice standards in the delivery of our final product.

The employee undertaking this role will be trained in the following responsibilities :

• Melting and smelting operations
• Maintain acceptable levels of output with all processes of melting operation.
• Final metal barring and granulation work daily
• Polishing metal bars to meet company standards and quality control measures
• Operations of stamping and serializing products
• Learn and operate all machinery required to complete all elements of the role
• Assisting in the development & refinement of quality control and safety processes
