A company is looking for a Staff Product Designer, Patient (Activation).

Key Responsibilities

Prototype and ship experiments to improve patient onboarding and session initiation

Lead design for onboarding and ongoing care journeys to ensure patient support

Define and develop new AI-powered patient products and reusable design patterns

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience as a Product Designer for consumer-facing web products

Strong visual and interaction design skills

Experience with hypothesis-driven iteration and measurable impact

Able to translate user insights and business goals into intuitive designs

Desire to make a meaningful difference in people's lives through design
