GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
Rothco is seeking a motivated experience shipping clerk. The Warehouse shipping Clerk will process orders on the ERP shipment system, and have working knowledge of UPS World Ship, and FEDEX Management Systems.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure that customers ship requirement are followed (ie ups, FedEx)
- Verifies orders to make sure that they are shipped correctly in the system to ensure the order gets invoiced correct
- Maintains the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse area.
- Handles phone call or emails related to shipments. Notifies supervisor of any shipping issues.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Certified for use of the pallet jack
