As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a popular retail location, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and provide a welcoming presence for visitors and staff. Your role will involve conducting routine patrols, remaining visible throughout the property, and delivering outstanding customer service while upholding our values of integrity, teamwork, and innovation. Wed 11 : 30 AM - 10 : 30 PM

What You'll Do :

Provide excellent customer service by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a peaceful environment.

Conduct both scheduled and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and maintain a visible presence.

Observe and report any suspicious, unusual, or prohibited activities within the premises to the proper authorities or management.

Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff while representing Allied Universal at all times.

Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and promptly as part of daily responsibilities.

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
