Field Service Engineer
As a Field Service Engineer at JBT Marel, you will provide customer support for installed systems and new installations. You will develop the skills to test, diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and debug electro-mechanical equipment and computer systems. This position is an attractive opportunity for candidates who enjoy facing technical challenges in front of demanding customers in meat processing / packaging plants across the U.S.
Base Pay Range
$25.00 / hr - $35.00 / hr

Typical Physical Demands
This position requires some standing, sitting, and walking. Lifting up to 60 lbs, occasionally 25 lbs repetitively. Requires manual dexterity, normal hearing and vision. Prolonged sitting, standing, bending, stooping, and twisting for 8+ hours a day and lifting up to 60 lbs overhead on ladders and platforms, as well as repetitive hand, shoulder, and wrist motion.
Working Environment
Depending on assigned work, the environment in a plant is cold, hot, humid, and wet. Customer demands dictate work during early mornings, late nights, and weekends.
