Email Marketing Manager (Bellevue)

Rainier Recruiting is partnering with a global, $100m consumer goods company in the wellness and personal health space is seeking a Email & Lifecycle Marketing Manager. This role is responsible for leading customer recruitment and retention strategies across company-owned websites in the U.S., Canada, U.K., and EU. The manager will drive revenue and profitability by increasing customer acquisition, repeat purchases, and overall engagement with the brand.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, able to design effective lifecycle marketing initiatives while also executing campaigns. Success in this position requires a strong understanding of customer segmentation, lifetime value drivers, and the use of paid and owned media channelsincluding email, SMS, and socialto maximize recruitment and retention.

Compensation & Benefits :

• Annual salary : $110,000$130,000 plus up to 30%+ percent bonus (negotiable).
