Key Responsibilities

Optimize support for Supervisor and Practice Administrators across sites

Lead team activities and assist in monitoring operational performance to achieve goals

Manage implementation of programs to improve site operations and provide mentorship to team members

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent with 8+ years of related experience

5+ years of progressive operations or management experience

Experience in healthcare management required

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred

Strong knowledge of physician roles in the healthcare environment
