MANDATORY SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst on legacy replacement systems and workflow development projects

Ability to work closely with multiple subject matter experts

Excellent interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, writing, and information gathering.

Ability to facilitate JAD sessions and one-on-one meetings with User(s), work independently on strategic issues with stakeholders, effectively manage multiple projects / tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure.

Ability to define test scenarios and conditions, create test plans and facilitates testing according to plan in support of UAT.

DESIRABLE SKILLS / EXPERIENCE :

Experience working in Pension Administrations

Experience with Salesforce configuration

Scrum experience

Product Owner experience
