Primary Purpose :
Organize and manage the routine work activities of an administrative department office and provide clerical services to the department head and other staff members.

Proficient skills in desktop computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite Google etc.).
Effective communication and interpersonal skills that promote good relationships internally and with the public.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple projects at the same time
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Attentive to details including basic math editing skills etc.
Bilingual (English / Spanish)
Experience :
Three years secretarial experience preferred
Work or volunteer experience in public education preferred
