Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and ensure compliance with management directives to Team Members in the IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) Area while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
• Assist, train, and encourage Team Members in their area of responsibility; set up line(s) for production and perform duties as assigned by Management.
• Complete required tasks for the IQF area and maintain various log sheets; read invoices, packing slips, records of materials, and other related documentation.
