Sales Account Manager
We're seeking a self-motivated Sales Account Manager. This individual will play a key role in expanding market presence and building strong, long-term client relationships across the U.S. and Canada. You must be able to travel up to 50% of the time and attend trade shows and conferences.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Drive new business and revenue growth across a defined territory
- Manage the full sales cycle : prospecting, proposals, closing, and delivery
- Contribute to strategic planning, market research, and competitive analysis
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences
- Support internal collaboration and uphold high standards of quality and client service
- Meet or exceed agreed upon sales quota
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in business administration, science, or technology3+ years' experience with B2B consultative sales and business developmentMust have prior experience selling flexible packaging pouchesStrong project management skills and ability to handle multiple prioritiesFamiliarity with CPG, brand development, and marketing strategies is preferredComfortable navigating complex, high-value sales environmentsExperience working with international suppliers or companies selling into the U.S. marketBenefits :
