Job Description

As a Security Professional - Customer Service Patrol in Delaware, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned locations within a dynamic financial institution setting. Your visible presence helps to deter security-related incidents, while your strong communication skills allow you to provide exceptional customer service to all individuals on site. You will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment by conducting routine patrols and assisting with access control, all while embodying our core values of agility, reliability, and teamwork.

What You'll Do :

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
