Description :

This position involves working in the cardiovascular operating room.

The unit consists of 5 ORs, including 3 open rooms and 2 hybrid rooms.

The staffing includes day shift RNs, CSTs, and patient care technicians.

On-call staff covers night shifts.

The estimated patient ratio is 1 : 1.

Typical procedures performed include CABG, AVR, MVR, aortic replacements, vascular procedures, and heart transplants.

Candidates must have the required certifications to be considered.

Response time for on-call is 45 minutes from receiving the call to clocking in.

Weekends and nights will be covered through on-call shifts.

Scrub colors for OR staff will be provided.

Ideal candidates will fit well within the established culture and work effectively with the team.
