- M-F schedule with flexibility to shift to S-Th or T-Su
- Settings : 80% skilled nursing facility and 20% home health
- Productivity expectations : 80% for SNF and 95% for home health
- Two facility locations
- BLS certification required
- New graduates accepted
- One year of experience required
