Key Responsibilities :
Assist in the design and installation of electrical projects and equipment.Coordinate with others to ensure effective maintenance of equipment.Collaborate with operators and engineers to plan equipment layouts and troubleshoot issues.Work with voltage levels up to 480 and 4160; responsible for wiring Variable Frequency Drives.Study blueprints, schematics, and specifications to determine installation procedures.Perform instrumentation calculations and modify industrial electronic devices.Conduct equipment testing and preventative maintenance to prevent future issues.Inspect components for assembly accuracy and defects.Advise on equipment safety and maintain logs of performance and repairs.Demonstrate proper equipment use and repair malfunctions quickly.Maintain spare parts inventory and manage breakdown repairs efficiently.Complete all assigned tasks reliably and professionally.Work in various environmental conditions and shifts, including overtime and weekends.Follow all safety protocols and help create a safe workplace culture.Requirements :
Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.High school diploma or equivalent.Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting 50 pounds.Experience with electrical maintenance and working from blueprints and schematics.Proficiency in basic math, computer skills, and mechanical aptitude.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.Dedicated to safety and maintaining a clean work environment.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs and electrical test equipment.Knowledge of the National Electric Code.A 2-year degree in electromechanical or electrical systems.Licensure as an Apprentice or Journeyman Electrician in Nebraska or equivalent.Please note : This position does not include relocation reimbursement.
