Salary:

The Office Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting daily office operations and ensuring all administrative and MLS-related tasks are completed accurately and on time. This position helps keep the office running efficiently by managing workflows, coordinating listings, and serving as a key point of communication for agents and staff.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office administrative tasks and workflows
  • Enter, update, and maintain listings and status changes in the MLS
  • Coordinate signage, marketing materials, and office merchandise
  • Maintain the office calendar and assist with scheduling meetings and events
  • Communicate office announcements, deadlines, and updates to agents and staff
  • Support onboarding tasks and general office organization
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance in all documentation and systems



Qualifications

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Comfortable working with MLS systems and basic office technology
  • Prior administrative or real estate office experience preferred
