We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join the Maintenance team as an Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician supporting our Chicago facility. Every day we bring our customers' labels and packaging to life, creating a customer experience that is second to none, and enabling them to stand out over the competition. Key Responsibilities for Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician include :
- Repairing machinery, including electro-mechanical equipment, motion controls, motors, pneumatic systems, pumps.
- Ensuring efficient operation of machinery and support equipment, including mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical.
- Locating sources of issues by observing equipment in operation; troubleshooting for issues; using precision measuring and testing instruments.
- Assisting with the maintenance of inventory records and replenishment of machine parts, tools, and maintenance supplies.
- Working safely. Abiding by and promoting established safety policies and procedures. Identifying and following-up on unsafe conditions.

Required : High school educationRequired : 2+ years related experience; industrial machinery maintenance preferredRequired : Must be open to off schedule calls and available for overtime as neededPreferred : PLC and HMI literacyA Plus : Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and ISO quality systems, CMMS (MVP one)
