Lead Electrical Field Technician – Ohio (Field-Based, Full-Time)

Location : Columbus, OH (90% field / 10% office)

Travel : Mostly within North & Central Ohio (occasional overnight travel)

Join us as a Lead Electrical Field Technician and take charge of building and leading a brand-new field services team. You’ll oversee the operation and maintenance of a growing portfolio of distributed energy generation projects across Ohio. This is your chance to lead from the front—mentoring technicians, managing contractors, and ensuring top-tier performance and safety across multiple sites.

What You’ll Do

• Build & Lead a Team : Hire, train, and guide a new field crew to support long-term energy projects.
• Own the Field : Prioritize and oversee inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting across multiple sites.
• Drive Performance : Track KPIs, optimize technician time, and ensure safety and compliance.
• Collaborate & Communicate : Work closely with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to keep operations smooth and efficient.
