Healthcare Provider Client Relationship Manager
Client Relationship Managers are key contributors to the commercial side of Cognizant's IT and Consulting Business. They support the Client Partner and act as business owners for assigned accounts, leading the day-to-day activities and strategic growth for upselling additional Cognizant services. The CRM works with the Client Partner and the delivery teams to optimize the current services and navigating scope changes to ensure client expectations are met along with increased growth. They work towards establishing a positive client experience. A CRM's shared measures are margin, revenue, client satisfaction & employee retention. CRM role-specific measures are renewal business, increased services on account growth with revenue, and margin.
Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Provider Client Relationship Manager (at Senior Manager Level) with 10 to 14 years of experience who will be responsible for growing assigned provider clients in the mid-western United States. Client Relationship Managers play a key role in our growth and are tasked with rapid business expansion within their assigned account(s), including managing business development and delivery objectives, and bottom-line P&L, customer satisfaction and the overall account relationship.
The qualified candidate would need to live in the midwestern United States in the general area of a Cognizant office and must be able to travel to client sites throughout the midwestern United States as needed for business.

Salary and Other Compensation : The BASE SALARY for this position $110,000 to $140,000 + Annual Target Bonus of 30%.
