Position Summary : The Hydrogen Group seeks a talented and highly competitive Senior Sales Representative with a proven track record in Class 8 OTR fleet or diesel generator sales. The ideal candidate will leverage their existing industry network to introduce our revolutionary fuel-saving technology to the market. This role is fundamental to our customer acquisition strategy and offers a significant opportunity for financial and professional growth.

About the Technology : You will be representing a new, patented diesel fuel-saving system that creates hydrogen on demand as a vehicle is in motion. The hydrogen is introduced into the engine's air intake and co-combusts with diesel, resulting in significant, guaranteed benefits :

  • Guaranteed Fuel Savings : A written guarantee of a minimum 10% reduction in diesel fuel consumption.
  • Reduced Emissions & Maintenance : Lowers toxic emissions by up to 50%, reducing the diesel particulate matter that clogs DPF systems and lowering overall maintenance costs.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing by leveraging your existing network and identifying new prospects in the Class 8 trucking and diesel generator markets.
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, accurate quotes, and professional proposals for bids and RFPs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support to foster long-term relationships.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, vendors, and other channel partners.
  • Represent the Hydrogen Group at industry trade shows and events to build brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute strategic sales initiatives and incentive programs.

    • Required Qualifications & Experience :

  • A proven, verifiable track record of sales success within the Class 8 OTR fleet truck industry.
  • An established, active network of contacts (e.g., Fleet Owners, Operations Managers, Maintenance Directors) who would welcome a call regarding new technology.
  • In-depth knowledge of the trucking industry, including Class 8 diesel fuel consumption statistics and operational costs.
  • Ability to work independently from a remote location as a self-starter.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and events.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of outside sales experience in the trucking or diesel generator industry.
  • Experience selling high-value products or new technologies to fleet operators.

    • Education :

  • We prioritize a proven track record of success and relevant industry experience over formal educational credentials.
