Key Responsibilities
Conduct training needs assessments and develop course outlines
Execute communications plans and support user programs
Plan and execute stakeholder activities and surveys related to SAP
Required Qualifications
Knowledge of S4 / HANA and SAP Organizational Change Management (OCM)
Experience in developing training strategies
Ability to review and update change impacts and stakeholder assessments
Experience in relaunching and supporting user programs
Prior experience in planning stakeholder activities
