Technology Program Manager

A company is looking for a Technology Program Manager to oversee the technology roadmap and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Drive and execute the technology roadmap for the Advancement business unit, managing project timelines and resource allocations

Coordinate day-to-day activities of software development teams and external vendors, ensuring high-quality project delivery

Serve as the primary liaison between the business unit and IT, managing stakeholder relationships and addressing risks and changes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field

7+ years of experience in program management, project management, or technical product management

3+ years of experience coordinating software development teams and managing SDLC processes

Experience with custom software development and enterprise software configuration

Familiarity with project management tools and software development lifecycle
