Overview Partner Manager, Publisher Ops at Unity — a data-driven role bridging analytics and action to guide monetization, enable account teams, and support leadership decisions.

Unity is seeking a data-driven professional who can transform large and complex datasets into insights that guide monetization strategies and growth in the mobile gaming and ad-tech space. You will work cross-functionally across teams, applying analytical expertise, industry knowledge, and technical skills to accelerate growth.

What You'll Be Doing Translate complex data (supply, demand, revenue) into clear insights, actionable recommendations, and enablement materials for account teams and leadership.

Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align insights with company goals and support account strategies.

Build tools, training, and frameworks that empower teams to understand monetization levers and competitive dynamics.

Manage multiple projects, data sources, and deliverables simultaneously while maintaining quality and timeliness.

Apply technical expertise (SQL, Excel, large-scale data sets) to uncover trends and optimize decision-making.

What We're Looking For Strong ability to distill and communicate insights from large, complex datasets.

Experience in mobile gaming and / or ad-tech to quickly understand monetization and market dynamics.

Solid technical foundation in SQL and Excel; comfortable working with large data sets.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in parallel.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to connect data insights with business strategies.

You Might Also Have Experience with business intelligence tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) for building dashboards and visualizations.

Familiarity with AI / ML applications in ad-tech, such as bidding algorithms or predictive modeling.

Background in sales strategy, revenue operations, or consulting, with a focus on turning data into go-to-market initiatives.
