Position Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Emergency Department Registered Nurse to join our team for a 12-week travel assignment. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical expertise in trauma, STEMI, stroke, sepsis, and pediatric emergency care. This role requires adaptability, critical thinking, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced acute care environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide direct patient care in a high-acuity Emergency Department setting.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care according to hospital standards.
  • Triage patients and respond rapidly to changes in patient condition.
  • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Administer medications, manage IVs, and document all care accurately in the EMR system.
  • Participate in trauma and code responses as needed.
  • Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety regulations.

    • Requirements :

  • License : Active RN License (State or Compact)
  • Certifications : BLS and ACLS (Required)
  • Experience : Minimum of 3 years of current Emergency Department experience
  • Travel Experience : Prior travel assignment experience preferred
  • Clinical Knowledge : Must demonstrate proficiency in trauma, STEMI, stroke, sepsis, and pediatric emergency care

  • 12-Week Contract
  • 48 Hours per Week (12-hour shifts)
  • Every Other Weekend Required
