Job description

OverviewTecolote is searching for a candidate to work as the primary point of contact for the GAO by maintaining constant and proactive communication, updating the office on report status, and request adjustments as needed to guarantee compliance with requirements.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for the GAO by maintaining constant and proactive communication, updating the office on report status, and request adjustments as needed to guarantee compliance with requirements.Maintain Action Item Tracker that catalogs and assists in prioritizing Government Accountability Office (GAO) taskers, ensuring streamlined archiving and slashing the production time of weekly, quarterly, and yearly reports.Maintain comprehensive process documents, including the GAO Liaison Checklist, Program Office Checklist, GAO Written Response Template, Telecon Guidance, and Guidance for Releasing Information to the GAO Memorandum; improve clarity and reduce tasker processing times from initiation to completion.Orchestrate the coordination, packaging, and timely delivery of taskers, to include documents such as written responses, Monthly Acquisition Reports, Draft Assessments, and Risk Review Boards.Spearhead the production and review of multiple pivotal reports and audits, including but not limited to, GPS Enterprise Reports and Budget Justification Reviews; ensure vital documents are leadership-approved and submitted to the GAO.Facilitate the review of congressional reports, including GPS Modernization Report and annual Assessment of Selected Weapon Systems Reports, by the program offices and front office before release to the public and Congress.Efficiently organize and facilitate critical events, including the GAO Site Visit and GAO Teleconferences; schedule meetings, coordinate attendees, prepare / assist with topics for discussion, and base / organization access.Deliver briefings at key meetings, including weekly Chief of Staff Meeting and Deputy Council Meeting; update Weekly Status Meeting Tracker and PEO PowerPoint Charts.Salary Range :  $80,000 - $90,000 / year, DOE Skills RequiredActive Secret Security ClearanceU.S. CitizenshipMinimum 6 years of experience with most recent three years in support of space programsBachelor's degree preferred in Management or Business
