Esse Health is a Physician-Owned and Managed Multi-Specialty Group with 40 Locations in the St. Louis Metro area. Our mission is : "Leading the Healthcare Community by Placing Patients and their Physicians at the Center of Health Decisions."

About Esse Health :

  • 40 Locations within the St. Louis Metro area and growing.
  • 93 Physicians, 50+ Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants.
  • Organization specialties include : Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Allergy & Immunology, Orthopedics, Gastroenterology, and Urology.
  • Clinical support from Care Management team and Hospital At Home program.
  • Practice Business Support Services - EMR (NextGen), IT / Security, Revenue Cycle Management, Clinical Programs, Credentialing, Human Resources, Coding / Compliance, Quality, Practice Operations, Finance / Accounting, Purchasing, In-House Legal, & Marketing.

  • 3 year guaranteed salary while on ownership track.
  • 401k with match of up to 3% on portion of your contributions; Fully vested after 5 years.
  • Profit-sharing of 7% for 0-9 years as a physician, 11% for 10+ years as a physician.
  • On track to become shareholder, per qualifications.
  • Shareholder retains high % of practice profit and receives distribution of company profit centers.
  • HSA, medical, vision, dental, disability, and life insurance.
  • 20 days PTO, 8 paid holidays, 5 days and $2,500 allowance for CME.
