Job descriptionDraft discovery requests and responses. Conduct depositions. Conduct site visits. Draft and argue motions. Trial preparation and support. Attend and represent clients at mediations and arbitrations. Attend and represent clients at trial. Maintain accurate time records. Licensed to practice in Washington and in good standing in all states where the applicant is licensed to practice 2 to 6 years of litigation experience. Solid academic credentials. Excellent research and communication skills. Desire to grow with our busy practice. Prior experience with construction, real estate, and insurance coverage is a plus.
