Case Mix : General Surg, Spine, thoracic, robotic; neuro; ENDO, ORTHO, Vascular, OB;

No PEDs

ORs : 12 UT; 5 surgery centers, 4 GI

Trauma Level not designated, close to level II or III

No guarantee of hours; providers work 40 / wk
