No problem — Sears will train passionate individuals Unlimited earning potential through commissions Travel extensively within your local market area using a personal vehicle to attend appointments. Must have a valid driver’s license and appropriate automobile insurance. Ability to lift sample cases of home improvement products, weighing up to 40 lbs. Proficient in computer use. Ability to work a 5-day week, including Saturdays; additional days and flexible hours may be required. Effective negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent customer service, listening, and influencing skills; passion for improving customer lives. High School Diploma or Equivalent required.

Project Sales Consultants are part of the In-Home Outside Sales Team. This full-time position offers 100% commission / W-2 with benefits, with typical earnings between $45K and $80K, and top performers earning over $90K annually. Reps visit the local sales office once a week; on other days, they receive scheduled appointments via email and visit customers from their home. Territories are approximately up to 2 hours around your zip code. This role provides pre-confirmed, pre-set appointments with customers who have contacted Sears requesting home improvement estimates. This is not door-to-door sales.
