Job Title
Position Summary : This role involves a comprehensive understanding and application of data and digital literacy, environmental protection, operational excellence, partnership collaboration, employee health and safety, asset protection security, EHS training delivery, risk management, process improvement, influential communication, and transportation operations. The position requires the ability to articulate data levers, ensure data quality, operate environmental tools, manage operational functions, collaborate with stakeholders, ensure safety and compliance, protect assets, deliver EHS training, manage risks, improve processes, communicate effectively, and handle transportation operations. The role also emphasizes respect for individuals, acting with integrity, and serving customers and members.
Compensation : The annual salary range for this position is $65,500.00 - $98,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) based on location and stock.
Minimum Qualifications
Option 1 : Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety Management; Industrial Hygiene; Environmental Science, Chemical / Industrial / Mechanical Engineering or related field. Option 2 : 2 years' experience in the field of Environmental, Health and Safety within Supply Chain, Retail, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field. 2 years' experience in Continuous Improvement methodologies (for example Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), World Class Manufacturing (WCM), Lean Six Sigma) within Supply Chain or manufacturing environments. Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments.
Preferred Qualifications
1 or More Degreed Certifications (Associate Safety Professional; Loss Prevention Certifications (LPC), Certified Security Professional (CSP), 2 or more years of investigative experience or asset protection experience in retail or warehouse, Microsoft Office Suite; SharePoint and OneDrive.
