Construction Engineer

A company is looking for a Construction Management - Construction Project Engineer 3.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and oversee detailed project plans, including timelines and resource requirements for large-scale datacenter construction projects

Monitor project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential issues while managing multiple project schedules

Provide regular project updates to senior management and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

5+ years of experience in planning / scheduling utilizing scheduling software (P6 and MS Project)

7+ years of experience in design and construction project management

Proven track record of delivering medium-to-large scale construction projects on time

Strong familiarity with CPM scheduling methodology and ability to analyze EPC plans / schedules
