Job description
A company is looking for a Chief Investment Officer Vice President Crypto DeFi XLT Methods.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute trading frameworks for XLT-based DeFi investment strategies
Drive alpha through algorithmic design, risk optimization, and automation
Lead and manage teams of quants and data scientists while overseeing substantial portfolios
Required Qualifications
10+ years in quantitative trading or portfolio leadership in the USA
Proven record managing $20B+ AUM in crypto, DeFi, or alternative markets
Mastery in algorithmic trading, XLT, and on-chain data analysis
Strategic vision with hands-on technical fluency
Experience hiring and retaining top quant talent
