As an Emergency Room RN at Crozer Health, you will provide high-quality direct and indirect patient-centered care by coordinating patient care, and working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team, patients, and families. You must respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. We provide clinical excellence across a broad range of services right here at home.# Responsibilities# Assessing Patients# Developing Individualized Plans of Care# Following of Five Medication Rights# Performing Patient Care# Responding to Crises, Using De-escalation, Restraints and Patient Seclusion# Documenting Nursing Process# Communicating with the Physician# Requirements# CEN (Certified Emergency Nurse) or ATCN Certification # preferred## Current PA RN License# ACLS and PALS preferred# 6 months Professional Nursing# Current ED (Emergency Department) or 1 year Med Surg / Tele experience or 2 years recent acute care experience as a Paramedic # required## Mandated and Permissive Reporter Training We offer the largest network of primary care physicians in the county, as well as four hospitals to serve your needs, from delivering babies to open-heart surgery.
