Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the enterprise AI strategy and governance framework

Identify and incubate innovative AI use cases with high business impact potential

Build and lead a specialized team of AI / ML experts focused on governance and innovation

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI fields

5+ years in leadership roles related to AI governance, strategy, or innovation

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field

Strong technical background in modern AI / ML technologies and methodologies

Experience with large language models (LLMs) and generative AI applications
