Job descriptionProject Preparation : Obtain detailed understanding of assigned projects (contract specifications, terms, scope, alternates, estimated costs and planned installation methods). Project Documentation : Prepare, communicate, and maintain all required project documentation (equipment submittals, RFI logs, and change orders) in accordance with Company standards. Project Management : Manage contracts, coordinate job labor, and ensure all assigned projects meet the Company’s and customer’s quality and safety expectations. Project Financials : Monitor project financial performance. Customer Relations : Utilize contact with customers and detailed knowledge of customer systems to identify new business opportunities. Coordinate activities among Total Mechanical divisions on multi-division projects. Division : Janesville (Full Time, Exempt)
Under the direction of the Division Manager, the Project Manager is responsible for the successful installation of construction projects.
Qualifications
- Education : High School Diploma / GED
- Years of Relevant Work Experience : 3 to 5 years in a construction environment
- Certificates / Licenses : Driver’s License
- Physical Job Requirements : Move throughout office, construction site, and general outdoor environments
