Annual Salary : Between $130,000 and $180,000, in addition to a bonus structure.

We are expanding our team and seeking an experienced trial attorney who thrives in the courtroom and is passionate about fighting for clients’ rights.

Key Responsibilities :

As a senior litigation attorney, you will manage a variety of personal injury cases, including car accidents, trucking accidents, and slip and fall incidents. Your duties will include :

• Manage a heavy litigation docket with an emphasis on trucking and MVA cases.
• Handle depositions, hearings, mediations, and jury trials .
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and trial briefs.
• Develop legal strategies and oversee cases from intake to resolution.
• Work collaboratively with paralegals, litigation support, and other attorneys.
