NV5 is currently seeking a Project Manager to join our Americas Mission Critical team and service our clients nationally as needs dictate. The successful candidate will be self-motivated and well versed in commissioning, project management, facility engineering, construction, and operations. The market served will include mission critical.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the technical delivery both as a project manager and site lead for mission critical commissioning projects with minimal supervision while completing assignments that require independent judgement and evaluation.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, contractors and other project team members.
• Develop and maintain client relationships. Develop relationships on projects that accrue good will with our existing clients and collaborate with our management team to extend our existing relationships.
• Manage project specific commissioning plans, commissioning procedures, checklists, test scripts, and schedules for Level 1 through Level 5 commissioning activities.
• Lead onsite teams to perform functional performance tests on mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Provide project management and coordination to meet client expectations for technical excellence, budget and schedule.

The pay range for this position is $150,000- $170,000 per year; however, base pay offered may be higher or lower depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the candidate. Restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
