Sinch Email is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to own and evolve our product portfolio focused on enabling customers to test, validate, and optimize email rendering, accessibility, and deliverability performance, including Mailgun Inspect and Email on Acid. In this role, you will drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution for tools that enable testing, QA workflows, and flawless rendering of emails across clients and devices. Your impact and responsibilities include :
- Partnering with key stakeholders-Design, Engineering, Data, Support, Marketing, and Sales-to identify gaps and opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and deliver impactful features that drive customer value.
- Leading the strategy and roadmap for Mailgun's QA and testing tools, defining how our platform enables customers to ensure email quality at scale.
- Serving as the subject matter expert for testing workflows, engagement analytics, and rendering QA to ensure a best-in-class product experience.
- Conducting market analysis, customer research, and competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities for growth and innovation in testing and deliverability intelligence.
- Defining the strategy for how testing and QA intersect with deliverability intelligence and analytics across the Sinch Email platform.
- Prioritizing and managing a product backlog focused on testing, accessibility, and QA features based on business impact and technical feasibility.
- Defining and communicating product requirements, user stories, epics, and success metrics, tracking initiatives through to successful release.
- Collaborating with cross-functional and interdepartmental teams to develop go-to-market strategies, technical documentation, and educational resources.
- Analyzing product metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to refine strategy and inform roadmap decisions.
- Engaging with customers and industry experts to gather insights, validate features, and ensure Sinch Email's testing and QA tools stay ahead of market needs.
- Communicating product plans to and gaining stakeholder support from executives, peers, and cross-functional teams.
- Engaging with developers, marketers, and email communities and external partners to gather feedback, foster adoption, and expand awareness.
- Designing both developer and marketer workflows, ensuring consistency between API-driven testing and visual UI testing experiences.
Requirements :
Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated Product Management success building and scaling SaaS products within fast-paced, high-growth environments.Experience in Product-Led growth strategy.Experience in creating product plans, strategy, forecasts, business cases, and budgeting.Working knowledge of the product development lifecycle, with proven experience in all phases including ideation, defining and communicating specifications, managing resources, leading cross-functional co-located and / or remote teams.Proficiency in analytics and using data to drive decisions, prioritize roadmaps, and measure success.Extensive experience building and managing API-based products with a deep understanding of developer personas and their expectations for usability, documentation, and support.Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary; general manager / owner mentality.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.General email industry expertise preferred.Strong understanding of email rendering, HTML / CSS testing, and cross-client QA workflows (e.g., Litmus, Email on Acid, Everest) preferred.This is a remote opportunity, but candidates must reside near one of our hub locations for occasional collaboration : Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL; Denver, Colorado; San Antonio, TX.

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography / market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.
