Job descriptionManage A / P process ensuring accurate processing and timely payments Credit card coding Process weekly Payroll and maintain employee files Monthly bank reconciliation -Comply with local, state, and federal reporting requirements and tax filings Month-end general ledger closing Provide administrative support to management and staff Handle phone calls, emails, accounting inquiries Proficient in MS Office, printing, scanning & faxing Administrative / Clerical tasks as needed Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and follow through on work Highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and a Experience in office administration and management -Candidate must be willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done
