Designer and Web Lead

A company is looking for an Associate - Designer & Web Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and layout of sales collateral, including pitch decks and campaign assets

Manage the corporate website, including content updates and performance monitoring

Ensure brand consistency and visual identity across all departments and marketing materials

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Web Development, or a related field

1-3 years of experience as a Designer / Webmaster, preferably in Fintech or Web3

Strong portfolio showcasing sophisticated institutional design and web projects

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for web functionality

Ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
