The posted compensation range of $19.01 - $24.24 / hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Job Requirements :

• Required : High School diploma or equivalent Licensure : Current BLS Healthcare Provider Card- American Heart Association
• Preferred : Previous experience in a health-related field Phlebotomy Certification

Located in the Phoenix, Arizona, suburb of Gilbert, the Mercy Gilbert Medical Center, is a 198-bed, not-for profit hospital with more than 1,300 team members and almost 900 doctors on staff representing all major specialties. In 2014, Phoenix Children's Hospital launched a 22-bed pediatric unit inside the hospital. Mercy Gilbert opened in 2006 and has been a vital part of the growing community.
