Our law firm is seeking a skilled and successful personal injury attorney to join our growing team and help our clients find justice and compensation for their injuries. Our ideal candidate will handle case files from start to finish, have excellent credentials, a passion for helping people, and a minimum of 3 years of successful personal injury litigation and trial case experience. $150,000 yearly BOE

Responsibilities :

• Review, modify, and draft motions, discovery responses, demand letters, pleadings, claims, subpoenas, memorandums, and other legal documents
• Arrange suitable agreements and settle on the clients’ behalf when appropriate
• Oversee personal injury case files from beginning to end
• Record and update the status of all case files in the case management system
• Investigate potential personal injury claims and provide legal advice to prospective clients accordingly
