A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist 2 - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Manage large and complex inquiries by liaising between patients, physician offices, clinics, hospitals, and insurance companies
Build sustainable relationships with patients through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate and complete information by examining data in multiple patient accounting systems
Required Qualifications
Education : H.S. Diploma / GED Equivalent
Experience : 3 years of experience
Knowledge of specialty billing and provider-based billing
Familiarity with SBO and non-SBO environments in Epic
Proven ability to perform as a subject matter expert in customer service
